How the custom case designer works

Case Finds prints a snap phone case from the design you create here. Choose your exact model, upload a photo or artwork (PNG, JPG, EPS, or PDF at about 300 DPI, up to 30 MB), optionally add text, then drag and zoom until the layout looks right. When you save, the design is stored and added to your basket for checkout.

  1. Pick your phone Select brand and model so ports and camera cutouts match your device.
  2. Upload art Place and scale your image on the case face. Set a solid background color if you want full coverage. For photos, see how to make a case from a photo and artwork & DPI tips.

Custom case FAQ

Designer-focused answers. For shipping, payments, returns, and store-wide help, see the full FAQ page or Returns & Refunds.

What should I know before ordering a custom phone case?

Each custom case is printed to order for the phone model you select. Before checkout, double-check your model, artwork placement, and any text. Upload a photo or design (up to 30 MB), then drag and zoom until the preview looks right. Once the order is placed, changes are not always possible because production starts quickly.

Can I put any image on a phone case?

Yes — upload photos, artwork, logos, or graphics as PNG, JPG, EPS, or PDF at about 300 DPI (up to 30 MB). Make sure you have rights to the image. Drag and zoom in the designer so the final crop looks right around the camera cutout.

What do printed custom cases look like?

Your design is printed across the case face, including the area behind the camera plate. Camera and port openings remain cut out. If your image does not fill the whole face, the solid case background color you pick fills the rest in the print file.

What if I cannot zoom my photo as much as I want?

Very small or soft images can look blurry when enlarged. Use artwork at about 300 DPI in PNG, JPG, EPS, or PDF (up to 30 MB) for best results. Empty areas around a contained image are filled by the case background color — the same way they appear in the designer preview.

How do I customize a case with text and images?

Start with a clear image, add optional text in a readable font, and keep the layout simple so the text contrasts with the background. Use the live preview to confirm nothing important is cropped.

How do I avoid design regrets?

Check the preview before you pay. Avoid blurry images, overcrowded layouts, hard-to-read text, and placing key details under the camera plate. Double-check your exact phone model so cutouts and buttons line up.

Is my uploaded design visible to other customers?

No. Your artwork and custom design files are used to produce your order and are not listed in the public catalog for other shoppers.

What material are the cases made of?

Case Finds custom cases are soft, thin TPU snap cases printed for a precise model fit. They protect against everyday bumps and minor drops while staying slim, with open ports, buttons, and camera cutouts.

How protective are Case Finds custom phone cases?

Our custom cases are slim snap cases meant for everyday wear and light drops — not thick rugged shells. Ports, buttons, and camera cutouts stay open so you keep full access to your phone.

Do you use UV printing?

Yes. We print with professional UV printers and grade-A inks for sharp, vivid color and a matte finish on soft TPU snap cases.

How much do custom cases cost?

Price depends on the phone model and is shown in the designer before you save to basket. Custom cases typically start in the mid-$20s USD.

Can I request a phone model that is not in the designer?

Every phone model in our catalog is available in the designer — pick your exact model and you are set. For models without their own photo mockup yet, the designer shows a universal preview template with a note explaining this; your case is still cut and printed to fit your exact phone. If your model truly is not listed at all, email [email protected] or call +359 87 654 3210.

Can I suggest my own design for Case Finds to make?

Yes. Email your design idea to [email protected] and our team will review it for manufacturing. If we produce it, it may also be added to the catalog for other customers to order.
