Each custom case is printed to order for the phone model you select. Before checkout, double-check your model, artwork placement, and any text. Upload a photo or design (up to 30 MB), then drag and zoom until the preview looks right. Once the order is placed, changes are not always possible because production starts quickly.

Across the industry, basic custom cases often run about $15–25, while higher-quality options are commonly $25–40+. On Case Finds, custom case prices depend on your phone model and typically fall in the mid-$20s to mid-$30s USD, with free worldwide shipping on eligible orders. Exact price is shown in the designer before you save to basket.

Eligible orders include free worldwide shipping and usually dispatch the same or next business day after payment is confirmed. Delivery typically takes 3–16 business days depending on region (for example Germany 3–5, USA 5–16, rest of world 6–15). Customs can add time in some countries.

Because custom cases are made to order, refunds are reviewed case by case. If a Case Finds case arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, email [email protected] with photos. Change-of-mind returns are not always possible. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
