Custom cases & designer

Where can I get custom printed phone cases?

You can order custom printed phone cases on Case Finds — upload your own design in the custom case designer, or browse hundreds of ready-made covers in the catalog. Some local print shops also make personalized cases.

How do I design my own phone case?

Create artwork in Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Express, or use your own photo. Use a sharp, high-quality image and keep important details away from the edges and camera cutout. Then upload it in the Case Finds custom case tool, adjust the layout, and order.

What should I know before ordering a custom phone case?

Each custom case is printed to order for the phone model you select. Before checkout, double-check your model, artwork placement, and any text. Upload a photo or design (up to 30 MB), then drag and zoom until the preview looks right. Once the order is placed, changes are not always possible because production starts quickly.

Can I put any image on a phone case?

Usually yes — photos, artwork, logos, and graphics work well. Make sure the file is good quality and that you have permission to use it if it is not your own. Preview the layout in our custom case designer before you order.

How do I make a custom phone case with my own photos?

Choose a clear, high-resolution photo, upload it in the designer, then drag and zoom until the crop looks right. Always check the live preview so faces or text are not cut off by the camera area or edges.

Can I see my phone case design before ordering?

Yes. The Case Finds custom case tool shows a live mockup of placement around the camera and edges before checkout. Mockups are very close to the finished print even when a model-specific template is still being refined.

Is my uploaded design visible to other customers?

No. Your artwork and custom design files are used to produce your order and are not listed in the public catalog for other shoppers.

How much does a custom phone case cost?

Across the industry, basic custom cases often run about $15–25, while higher-quality options are commonly $25–40+. On Case Finds, custom case prices depend on your phone model and typically fall in the mid-$20s to mid-$30s USD, with free worldwide shipping on eligible orders. Exact price is shown in the designer before you save to basket.

Can I get custom cases for iPhone and Samsung?

Yes. Case Finds offers custom and catalog cases for iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, and Google Pixel models. Select your exact model in the designer or on the product page before checkout. We do not currently support Huawei, LG, or other brands outside that list.

Can I request a phone model that is not in the designer?

Email [email protected] with your model and we will let you know if we can support it. You can also browse ready-made designs for a wider set of phones.

Can I order a custom case for a special occasion?

Yes. Birthdays, weddings, graduations, anniversaries, and holidays work well with a name, date, quote, or favorite photo. Design it in the custom case tool, then check out when the preview looks right.

What's the fastest way to get a custom phone case?

Case Finds usually dispatches the same or next business day after payment, with free worldwide shipping on eligible orders. Check the delivery range for your region before you buy.

Materials, printing & protection

What material are Case Finds cases made of?

Case Finds cases are soft, thin TPU snap covers printed for a precise model fit. They protect against everyday bumps and minor drops while staying slim, with open ports, buttons, and camera cutouts.

Do custom phone cases protect your phone?

They can, depending on the build. Rugged shells offer more drop protection; slim covers focus on everyday wear. Case Finds cases are soft, thin TPU snap covers that protect against everyday bumps and minor drops while keeping the phone slim.

What is the difference between printed and sublimated phone cases?

UV printing puts ink directly onto the case surface for sharp, vivid color. Sublimation transfers dye into the material and is known for long wear. Case Finds uses professional UV printers with grade-A inks for bright, durable prints with a matte finish.

Do you use UV printing or sublimation?

Case Finds prints with professional UV printers and grade-A inks for sharp, vivid color and a matte finish. UV ink sits on the case surface; sublimation dyes into the material. Our UV prints are made for everyday wear without easy fading or peeling.

How long do printed phone cases stay looking new?

A good UV print can look great for about one to three years depending on use, sunlight, and scratches. Clean with a soft cloth, avoid harsh chemicals, and limit long periods in direct sun to keep the print fresh.

Which phone case designs last the longest?

Sublimated and engraved finishes are often the most wear-resistant industry-wide. Our UV prints use grade-A inks for long-lasting, vivid results on soft TPU snap cases.

What materials are best for custom printed phone cases?

TPU is flexible and shock-resistant; polycarbonate is hard and light; TPU/PC hybrids add protection; silicone favors grip. Case Finds prints on soft TPU snap cases sized to your exact phone model.

What do printed custom cases look like?

Your design is printed across the case face, including the area behind the camera plate. Camera and port openings remain cut out. If your image does not fill the whole face, the solid case background color you pick fills the rest in the print file.

Design tips

How do I customize a case with text and images?

Start with a clear image, add optional text in a readable font, and keep the layout simple so the text contrasts with the background. Use the live preview to confirm nothing important is cropped.

How do I avoid design regrets?

Check the preview before you pay. Avoid blurry images, overcrowded layouts, hard-to-read text, and placing key details under the camera plate. Double-check your exact phone model so cutouts and buttons line up.

What if I cannot zoom my photo as much as I want?

Very small or soft images can look blurry when enlarged. Use a sharp file up to 30 MB for best results. Empty areas around a contained image are filled by the case background color — the same way they appear in the designer preview.

How do I choose a design that will not look dated?

Simple layouts age better: neutral colors, nature photos, minimal graphics, or your own pictures usually outlast short-term trends. Preview on your phone model before ordering.

Are custom phone cases worth the extra cost?

If you only need basic protection, a cheap blank case can be enough. A custom case is worth it when you want a personal design, better print quality, or a cover that feels unique — which is what Case Finds is built for.

Orders & payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Checkout uses PayPal (including PayPal-supported wallets where available). Orders are charged when you complete payment, including custom cases.

Why was my payment declined?

Confirm your PayPal or card details are up to date and that the billing information matches what your bank has on file. If payment still fails, try again or contact PayPal support, then email [email protected] if you need help with the order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email [email protected] or [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number. We will do our best to help, but changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once production has started. Always double-check your design and phone model before placing the order.

I entered the wrong shipping address — can you help?

Contact us right away at [email protected] with your order number and the correct address. Address updates are not guaranteed after the order is dispatched. Please verify the delivery address carefully at checkout.

Do you offer price adjustments or retroactive discounts?

No. Discounts or promotions must be applied at checkout when available. We do not retroactively adjust prices on completed orders.

Shipping & returns

How long does shipping take?

Eligible orders include free worldwide shipping and usually dispatch the same or next business day after payment is confirmed. Delivery typically takes 3–35 business days depending on region (for example Germany 3–7, USA 6–16, Australia 10–20). Customs can add time in some countries.

Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?

Yes. Enter the delivery address you want during PayPal checkout — it does not have to match the billing address on your payment method.

My tracking estimate looks wrong — what should I trust?

Email apps sometimes show their own delivery guesses at the top of a shipping message. Use the carrier tracking link in the email for the most accurate status.

Can I return or exchange a custom phone case?

Because custom cases are made to order, refunds are reviewed case by case. If a Case Finds case arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, email [email protected] with photos. Change-of-mind returns are not always possible. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
